Making our Animation Studio Safer: Resolving Copyright and IP Issues.

Today, we´re making our Animation Studio Safer, without having or without receiving or having potential Copyright and IP infrigment issues.

First, due to potential Copyright and IP issues and the risk of lawsuits, we wont put animations based on Copyrighted Characters of other copyrighted franchises, examples include Pokémon, Mario, Sonic, and other characters of these franchises and other franchises that are copyrighted and are subject to copyright infrigment if we do it. So we will create animations based on videogames, primarily limited to Minecraft and Roblox, but with some modifications to avoid Copyright Infrigment and IP issues, including not showing the Roblox and other trademarks we dont own or we dont have the rights to show the logos... At RoCRAFTERO, we want to respect Copyright and IP from our community of users and staff, including these companies or trademarks of games mentioned here, making animations, but while respecting their rights, copyright and IP, of these trademarks of games we dont own or we dont have the legal rights to use. Please note: these animations of games (that may be also copyrighted) like Roblox or Minecraft are made as fan animations (our animations are fan-made and made by fans of these two games mentioned before, with our histories you will love and like), but also with some exceptions to avoid copyright infrigment, and these animations will be available only on YouTube or also on a future RoCRAFTERO-owned website, there will be not available of course on streaming services, due to potential copyright and IP issues that may be considered infrigment and we can be sued, we dont want this, so will be available on YouTube, or on a RoCRAFTERO-owned website. All trademarks that RoCRAFTERO doenst not own and doenst have the legal rights to use, (Minecraft, Roblox for example and others mentioned here) are trademarks and rights of their respective owners and companies and RoCRAFTERO is not affiliated with it or owned.
