You want to build a Roblox 2016 replica site? The steps are too dificult, but you need a computer with the latest processor that have AVX Support. AVX stands for Advanced Vector Extensions. TensorFlow is the backend used for this proyect, and for now, latests versions of TensorFlow requires a CPU with AVX support.

You need WSL (Windows Subsystem For Linux) an a Windows PC with Windows 10 / Windows 11. After this install NodeJS, NPM, MongoDB and Ubuntu 20.04. Also configure your hosts file to make work, hosts are in the hosts.txt file of main Folder.
